Wolf Mother: Kaegan Baron the Actress

Wolf Mother: Kaegan Baron the Actress

Kaegan going the actress route: in a cameo – it doesn’t look much more than that – for the upcoming film Wolf Mother:

“In an attempt to rectify their criminal past, a once successful Hollywood star, turned prostitute, and a petty, misogynistic thief set out together to solve a high profile child abduction case in San Francisco.” (IMDb.com)

….needless to say, Kaegan is the abducted child (Kaitlin Miller) under the mask in the trailer: high profile since she’s a child actress…..she’ll probably get even less screen time than the abducted senator’s daughter that the serial killer was fattening up and um, skin-softening, in The Silence of the Lambs. Most sites that are trailing the film don’t even mention her in their cast lists – however, having at least her face seen in trailers (and hopefully theatre playbills) will give her a little edge against complete unknowns when the next suitable part comes up…

I haven’t gone far back in her Instagram stream, but the most recent posts don’t mention the movie at all – maybe they did when she was on set – but she does describe herself as an actress/model, and gives the same link I’ve given to the IMDb.com page that in turn links to the film.

Anyway – any excuse to show some favourite shots of one of my favourite models:

….and one from when she was a cute tot – with nothing to really distinguish her from a myriad other cute tots – to the sophisticated thirteen(?)- year-old she is now:

….always with that distinguishing mark of one eye slightly larger than the other: it’s the imperfections that make the beauty memorable….

In the next post I’ll mention someone else with acting ambitions – Kristin Marcus Leible, who, if she and Kaegan have never met – share a friend with Lilly Kruk….

  1. Good luck to Kaegan! Just be careful in Hollyweird and don’t do drugs! Mackenzie Foy got a bit part in a sci-fi flick a while back, that turned out well. It’s neat to see them spread their wings.
